Biondi-Santi Rosso di Montalcino

Brunello di Montalcino owes its notoriety to the Biondi-Santi family. With a history dating back to the 1800s, they were the first to discover the particular Sangiovese clone that is now exclusively used to produce Brunello. Now in its seventh generation, the family continues to make world class wines that are renowned for their elegance. Their Rosso di Montalcino has beautiful aromas of wild roses and earth. On the palate it is concentrated and complex with layers of berry fruits, licorice, and a touch of cedar.
