Baglio di Pianetto Frappato

Baglio di Pianetto is a family-run organic and sustainable winery with two estates in northern and southern Sicily. It was founded in 1997 by Count Paolo Marzotto while on his journey to find the perfect vineyard, focusing on high-quality wines that combine innovation with tradition. Their Pianetto is made with 100% Frappato grapes, which are native to the island. The wine is ruby in color, and exhibits notes of wild red fruits, violets, and herbs. This lively, fresh wine should be served with a slight chill and pairs will with fish.
