Located in Ribeiras do Mino, a sub-area of the D.O. Ribeira Sacra in the heart of Galicia, Adabia da Cova has been run by the Moure family since 1986. This wine is 100% Mencia and offers notes of cherry, violet, and balsamic. Medium bodied with a balanced acidity, drink this young with roast turkey or cured meats.
