Domaine Vincent Girardin, founded by the 19 year old namesake in 1980 and now under the direction of Eric Germain, produces prestigious wines from across Burgundy. This Pouilly-Fuisse comes from 45 year old vines aged in 90% neutral oak barrels before transfer to stainless steel. An aromatic and fruity Chardonnay, this wine is complex with notes of honey, orchard fruit, and hazelnut.
