Vini Verso 'Masse Pasut' Cabernet Franc

Vini Verso is a winemaker collaboration in Friuli’s Colli Orientali spearheaded by Mario Zanusso from I Clivi winery (a BRIX fave). This venture unites the production of several small, organic growers of the region. Their Cabernet Franc is delicate with aromas of herbs, pepper, and dark berries. Elegant on the palate, serve it slightly chilled with a cheese and charcuterie spread at the beach for sunset.
