The January BRIX Mix—The Dancing Scotsman
One of our all-time favorite cocktails at Eastern Standard (and a favorite for tailgates at Gillette) the Dancing Scotsman is the ideal winter libation. Made from equal parts blended scotch, lemon juice, and honey syrup, it’s topped off with a touch of sparkling wine. The scotch delivers a hint of nuttiness, while the honey syrup and fresh lemon juice ying and yang between sweet and sour. Put them together with a splash of bubbles and it hits all the right notes for your next socially distanced outdoor gathering.
The BRIX Mix "Dancing Scotsman" includes a 750 ml bottle of Pig’s Nose Scotch Whisky, two 375 ml bottles of Roederer Estate Brut, one lemon, and “The Dancing Scotsman" recipe.
