Vincent Careme brought his Vouvray know-how to the vineyards of Swartland in South Africa. Passionate about Chenin Blanc, he is making several styles of the varietal. His Terre Brûlée is a crowd-pleasing Chenin with notes of honeysuckle and citrus, which are balanced by a bright, refreshing acidity. Try it with spicy Asian cuisine or pork chops with apple chutney.
