Pierre Gimonnet Blanc de Blancs Magnum
Originally a grower for the Grande Maisons of Champagne since 1750, the Gimonnet family began producing their own wines in 1955. Pierre’s son Michel inspired the production of a solely Chardonnay sparkling that has become synonymous with the word excellence. Aged for a minimum of two years in stainless steel, this wine has aromas of lemon and green apple with beautiful notes of almond, pear, and citrus.
