Winemaker Maria Jover uses only organic grapes in this lighter style of Monastrell (also known as Mourvedre). Fermentation in concrete tanks further softens the wine which in the glass shows of bursting cranberry aromas along with darker fruits. A great fall companion for any dinner table.
