Michel Couvreur buys casks of single malt Scotch (in this case a single cask from a single distillery) and then ages for a further period of time in wood he chooses in his own cellars. The fino sherry casks in which this spirit was age lend a very light and alluring quality to this excellent, light-hearted whisky that does not skimp on character.
