Liquid Farm Golden Slope Chardonnay

Since 2013, founder Jeff Nelson and winemaker James Sparks have made it their mission to express old world wines away from the inhibitions of modern technology, taking the word ‘natural’ to a whole new understanding. Using natural malolactic fermentation and being unfined/unfiltered, this 100% Chardonnay is amber gold in color and gives subtle aromas of raw honey, sourdough, and white flowers. The palate is rich and long with complex flavors of quince, cream, and baking spices. An exquisite compliment to lobster or king crab legs.
