Leonede Castris Maiana Salice Salentino Rosso
In the heel of the Italian boot, Leone de Castris has been a grape-growing estate since the 1600s and a winemaking estate for nearly 100 years. It specializes in indigenous grapes and is renowned for its Five Roses rosé (Italy’s very first rosé!). We love this intense, full-bodied, velvety red blend of primarily Negroamaro with a touch of Malvasia Nera. It’s perfect with a platter of aged cheeses.
