The Raffault family has been cultivating vines in Chinon since 1693. The late Jean-Maurice Raffault, father of the present winemaker Rodolphe, revolutionized local practices and started vinifying each parcel separately to ensure the typicity of each terroir. This 100% Cabernet Franc opens with notes of pomegranate, cherries, and citrus. Expressive and long on the palate, it would be delicious with a lobster roll or shrimp cocktail.
