Jean-Louis Chavy Puligny-Montrachet

Crafting beautiful wines for the past 200 years, it was not until 1986 that Gerard Chavy started bottling and selling his wine under his own label. With the estate split between his two sons, Jean-Louis has carried on his father’s vision to craft some of the most perfect displays of Chardonnay. This wine has structure and depth, with an elegant golden color and lovely aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, and crisp minerality. The palate is delicate and creamy with some wonderful baking spices on the finish.
