Before he took over the family domaine in Chinon, Nicolas Grosbois traveled the world working with winemakers in diverse regions with varied terroirs. Upon returning home to the Loire Valley, Nicolas put his fresh perspectives directly to practice, farming organically with biodynamic conversion in the works and practicing minimal intervention in the cellar. This delicately textured Cabernet Franc spends eight months in concrete tanks and has minimal sulfur added. It is bright, fruity, and lively on the palate—an excellent everyday red!
