Fausse Piste Fish Sauce
Fresh and bright, this Oregon semi-sparkler has notes of elderflower, orange blossom, and lychee with mouth-watering acidity. Chef turned winemaker, Jesse Skiles, started Fausse Piste in 2008. With a focus on Rhone varietals, Jesse creates natural wines that reflect the terroir of the Pacific Northwest. His Muscat Blanc á Petits Grains ‘Fish Sauce’ is made in the Méthode Ancestral or Petillant Naturel style, where the second fermentation happens in the bottle. Lightly sparkling and a little funky, pair this food-friendly bottle with anything from the sea and you have yourself a perfect summertime evening.
