Elio Grasso Dolcetto d'Alba

The Elio Grasso estate is located on 42 hectares of land in the municipality of Monforte d’Alba in Piedmont. The winery is family-run with Elio mostly working in the vineyards and his son, Gianluca, doing the cellar work. Their Dolcetto d’Alba is grown at high altitudes on limestone and marl soil. A longtime BRIX favorite, it is dark in color and vibrantly aromatic. It shows notes of ripe red fruit and spices. A perfect wine for both grilled meats and pasta.
