Collet Esprit Couture Champagne 2012

Founded in 1921, Champagne Collet celebrates the spirit of the “Roaring Twenties.” One of our favorite new Champagnes this year, their tête de cuvée, Esprit Couture, is a unique blend of 11 Premier and Grand Cru vineyards from the 2012 vintage. With aromas of freshly baked brioche, it has a chalky minerality mid-palate and a kiss of saltiness on the long finish.
