Ch. D'Agassac Haut Medoc

Since being acquired by new owners in 2014, Château D'Agassac has seen a renaissance in the quality of wine produced at the estate. Some vines on the property have reached 65 years of age, ancient for Bordeaux. Best enjoyed young (3-5 years), the nearly equal blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with a variety of dishes, from traditional French fare to Asian cuisine.
