Founded in 1968 by Maurizio Zanella, the Ca’del Bosco vineyard has become one of the leading producers of sparkling wine in Italy. A distinct blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco, this sparkling wine is quite unique with a fresh and spicy nose of oregano and spearmint. The palate is balanced and harmonious with luscious textures of stone fruit, honeydew melon, and almonds. An ideal aperitif and a great alternative to Champagne.
