A true natural winemaker, Chris Brockway, lets the grapes speak for themselves. Sourcing grapes from organic, dry-farmed vineyards throughout Northern California. The Sogi is 100% Cabernet Pfeffer, a grape known for its predominant tannins. Chris utilizes a fermentation technique called carbonic maceration to lock in freshness, and soften the tannin structure, resulting in a wine that is fruity and fun, with juicy cherry notes and a hint of cedar.
