The BRIX Mix—Paper Plane
This colorful cocktail is perfect to kick off your holiday happy hour! Invented in 2007 by New York bartender, Sam Ross, he originally created the cocktail for the opening menu of The Violet Hour in Chicago. Named after the M.I.A. hit song, “Paper Planes,” it features an equal-parts recipe of bourbon, Campari or Aperol (we love ours with Campari), amaro, and lemon juice. Bitter, sweet, and tangy, it’s as easy to make as it is to drink!
The BRIX Mix Paper Plane comes with a 750 ml bottle of Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, a 750 ml bottle of Campari, a 750 ml bottle of Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, one lemon, and the Paper Plane recipe.
