The BRIX Mix—The White Lady
Availability: | In stock |
A longtime favorite of the BRIX Chix, the White Lady delivers a refreshing sip of spring. Originally invented by famed bartender Harry MacElhone, it was first made with crème de menthe. In 1929, MacElhone, while working at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris, altered his recipe and introduced gin. This year we love our White Lady with Drumshanbo’s newest citrus gin, which is made with one of the rarest citrus fruits in the world and found only on the island of Sardinia. The gin, liqueur, and fresh lemon juice hit all the right notes—marrying the bracing botanicals with sweet orange and tart citrus. The egg white brings everything together, giving the drink a frothy, silky texture. Garnish it with an edible flower and serve it at brunch or make it the start to your next spring cocktail party.
The BRIX Mix White Lady comes with a 750 ml bottle of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Sardinian Citrus Irish Gin, a 750 ml bottle of Bauchant Orange Liqueur, a lemon, a Drumshanbo Cocktail Shaker, and the BRIX White Lady recipe.
